D&G, the UK’s leading specialist warranty provider, conducts a quarterly independent Customer Satisfaction Survey, based on a questionnaire sent to its customers following each callout and reviews customer service and satisfaction levels. The latest report has awarded Vokèra with an impressive overall satisfaction rating of 94.58% and places the company in the top spot against other rival boiler brands and second in the overall manufacturer list (measured against rival boiler brands but crucially leading white goods manufacturers as well).

Due to popular demand, Vokèra is continuing its Vision On promotion until 31 January 2016. The promotion, which is open to Affinity Members, rewards installers for purchasing boilers from the innovative Vision and Unica i ranges.
“This promotion has been really well received by installers and we are delighted to be extending it for another month,” comments Neil Mattock, Marketing Director at Vokèra. “Installers work extremely hard, especially at this time of year, and this promotion is all about rewarding their hard work. All installers need to do is sign into or sign up to Affinity, register the boiler and claim the rewards. If they are already members, the scheme works in addition to the points installers already receive for purchasing Vokèra boilers.”
The promotion gives installers the chance to collect various entertainment technology rewards depending on the number of boilers they buy. If installers purchase three Vision or Unica i boilers they will receive a sound bar (equal to 930 Affinity points), for five boilers they can pick up a home cinema kit (equal to 4167 Affinity points) or for 10 boilers they will be rewarded with a 50” TV (equal to 6303 Affinity points). Both Vision and Unica i boilers will also benefit from an exclusive seven- year warranty, upgraded from five when registered through Affinity online or via the Vokèra App.
