Vokèra Ramps Up The Modulation On Mynute i30

Mynute-i-front (1)Vokèra has enhanced the modulation ratio on its innovative Mynute i30 system boiler. Now benefiting from a modulation ratio of 10:1, the Mynute i30 is an extremely energy efficient solution which is also easy to install, maintain and use.

“We are delighted to bring an improved Mynute i30 to market,” comments Alister Maclachlan, Product Director at Vokèra. “By increasing the modulation ratio on the Mynute i30 we can maximise fuel saving performance of the boiler without compromising on comfort. It ensures that the boiler can modulate down to an extremely low output – to just 3kW, reducing wear and tear on primary components and optimising fuel efficiency.”

In addition to offering an impressive modulation ratio, the Mynute i30 also features a rear flue option as well as the standard top flue option to give excellent siting flexibility in new build and replacement applications. Additional options include horizontal, vertical and twin flues, so that the boiler can be easily installed almost anywhere in the home. The boiler is compact and lightweight, allowing it to be easily lifted, positioned and secured.

The front-facing radial heat exchanger makes maintenance a hassle-free task for installers. The unique radial design utilises an extruded aluminium alloy for optimum thermal transfer performance and incorporates a new profile that inhibits the build-up of condensate residue to cut the need for cleaning.  Integral frost protection and an automatic anti-seize function help minimise the risk of failure in cold weather and pump sticking after long periods of inactivity.

To boost the boiler’s low energy credentials, the Mynute i30 is compatible with a range of Vokèra control options. These include the company’s pioneering, easy to install OpenTherm programmable room thermostat and its outdoor weather compensation sensor (heating only applications) which are proven to save money for consumers. Low in NOx emissions and delivering Class-5-rated performance, the Mynute i30 also comes with anti-cycling control as standard to minimise fuel consumption and general wear and tear.

The simple to use back-lit LCD display ensures end-users can easily operate and adjust the appliance and the integrated Autostop disabling function gives landlords peace of mind that the boiler will alert tenants when the annual gas safety check is due and will go into standby mode if the check is overdue.

Vokèra’s Mynute i range also includes the Mynute i20 and Mynute i35 and is suitable for both natural gas and LPG installations, with the addition of the LPG conversion kit. For more information on the Mynute i range or to view the whole Vokèra product offering, visit www.vokera.co.uk
